Hilliard-Dublin Heating & Air provided a very quick appointment as I scheduled my AC tune up. Matt, the tech was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. I appreciated that the service cost was very reasonable (There was a "special" going on at the time I booked my service.) The tech called me about 30 minutes before his arrival to alert me to the time he would arrive. He donned booties so that his shoes would not soil my carpeting. He not only checked and serviced my AC very thoroughly but he also replaced my air cleaner filter with one he had on the truck. I immediately received an invoice via e mail and it listed all the items he checked and the results of his service check. I recommend this company very highly and also scheduled another service call for a second property I own.

Diagnostic repair: Odd smell when furnace comes on. Performed a combustion test to make sure furnace was safe.
One of our talented technicians finished up an installation for the customer on a Brand new Carrier System. Confirmed that the system is working within manufacturer specifications.
System was locked out upon arrival, reset system. System came on and ran fine. Flame sensor was reading low. House has 2 returns and 1 was blocked completely.client cleaned obstruction. System may have over heated too many times and locked out due to the blocked return vent. At this time the furnace is heating but advised client it may also be an intermittent issue.
Diagnostic Service Call on gas furnacae / Pressure switch would open intermittently causing the system to shut down before it would heat the house to the desired temp.found the condensate trap blocked and full of dead bugs and rust. cleared condensate trap and allowed the collector box to fully drain. System is currently turning on and staying on. system running upon techs departure.
Performed tuneup on Bryant furnace. During techs combustion analyzer test ,CO levels were high. Tech checked outside intake and exhaust vent and found exhaust vent to be pushing out very little exhaust. Tech informed client he had a clogged heat exchanger and that it may be still under warranty, but cost of labor alone would be close to the price of a new furnace. Tech recommended client replace furnace due to cost to fix heat exchanger compared to replacing furnace.
